My career began in the structured, high-stakes environment of military service, where I honed skills in public affairs and leadership. Throughout my 18-year journey, I learned the power of discipline, adaptability, and clear communication. Yet, I also experienced the challenges of constant PCS cycles, which meant uprooting my career, adapting to new environments, and putting my own goals on hold.
Eventually, I realized that I wanted more than adaptability—I wanted autonomy. I dreamed of building something that allowed me to work with people who aligned with my vision, rather than adjusting to the circumstances around me.
