I thought choosing my calling would derail the growth of my business. That it would confuse people. That if we decided to shift from creating UX that people wouldn’t take us serious as a CX agency…because who am I?
I decided to take the leap and follow my calling. I combined my background in web design, public affairs, tech skills, and marketing insights to help changemakers not only create beautiful digital spaces but to use data and CX strategies that amplify their influence.
